		<description>San Tan has some delicious beers!  I believe the company has put up a defense, at least partially relying on the functionality of Boston Beer&#039;s glass.  The company had a long running commercial advertising all the R&amp;D work that went into the glass and how each aspect contributed to a better drink.  Could be a good argument.</description>
