Patent Attorney needed
The Michaud Kinney Group has an immediate opening for an intellectual property attorney with a solid background in mechanical engineering. Candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO, and have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in patent preparation and patent prosecution. Experience in other technology areas, such as electrical, process engineering, as well as in handling trademark issues is a plus. We are looking for a strong utility player.
