It’s hard to believe that summer is coming to a close. In the world of Intellectual Property, the long awaited Bilski decision was handed down by the Supreme Court. The decision both clarified and confused issues regarding business methods and what was patentable. We have generated a white paper on the subject that can be downloaded from our website. We are pleased that we have received some questions from our readers that are answered in this edition on the sidebar. Please keep them coming. I also will be appearing on television for the first time in Fairfield County where I addressed the Inventor’s Association of Connecticut.
